NASHVILLE is “NOWVILLE”

New York Times has bestowed their blessings on Nashville - well in a way they have.

They mentioned Nashville as a “great” place to live and work, siting its job growth,

awesome music scene and friendly residents as some of the main attractions.

Nashville, a.k.a. “Nashvegas” is known as the Third Coast. In 2013 it was ranked #3 by

CNN as a “City where startups thrive” and #3 by Travel and Leisure as one of America’s

best cities.

Six out of ten for-profit hospitals chains are in Nashville and it is the largest publishing

center in the Southeast.

Nashville’s housing market is listed as #4 out of the top 10 markets in the country.

Homes are very affordable with the median price around $159,000.

Several reasons for Nashville’s appeal are its core values such as faith, family and strong

community connections. Folks in Nashville truly enjoy life at a little bit slower pace.

“Hey ya’ll, how ya doing” can be heard all over the city and we truly want to know how

you are doing when we ask. “Don’t be a stranger” is almost always said when you leave

a restaurant or store, and again, it’s how we feel.

I have so many clients that have moved here from all over the country, and the main

reason they tell me they are moving to Nashville is because of the friendly atmosphere.

As a Nashville native I take great pride in that.

Soooo, if you are looking for a new place to live with tons of exciting things happening

all around town and a place to truly enjoy your life then come to Nashville. We would

love to have you.
